Four Movements

A methodology for receptive individuals within marginalized communities to individuate - actualize - and consciously enter the transition to a more compassionate, organic, and interdependent way of life.

Humanity

Become human again. The journey to be and know. Build a deeper relationship with yourself. Come back home to your body. Come out of your head and into your body. Drop into your heart. Start where you are. Get to know yourself, how to love yourself, and how to care for yourself.

Community

Find the others. Align on a purpose for change. Immerse yourself in the community, establish credibility, build trust, sew yourself into the cultural fabric, and identify the themes of unmet needs. Find the others who believe what you believe.

Innovation

Create tomorrow. Find the need and serve it. As you learn from one another and move towards a new tomorrow, co-create what you need to manifest the future you desire. Create prototypes, experiments, and minimum viable products that unlock underutilized potential from within the existing community.

Impact

Collectively move from finding what works to defining the operating models that represent the architecture of new institutions that serve more of us.

We document our work to show the path, roadmap, and tools for you to make the impact you wish through ventures you desire.

The intention is to preserve your discoveries in ways that make it easy for others to use, re-use, redistribute in a range of ways. Nosara Clubhouse

We create a weekly space for community conversations. We open our studio, and invite residents to ask for our support with anything that comes up, and, as a result, we created space that allowed a powerful session to discover this gem.

This is our headquarters in Costa Rica. It's a space for community members to form unlikely allies, initiate movements, see what we already have within, and tools coupled with expertise to bring their heart centered ideas to life. We will be back here for the new season beginning November 2021.
